Siobhan has worked at the highest levels of government, through some of the most high-stakes periods of office.  She was most recently the Chief of Staff to the NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro and played a senior role helping coordinate the State’s response to Covid-19 and its significant number of associated public policy challenges.

Siobhan is a leading political strategist within the Coalition and has served as a senior adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, Michael McCormack, Chief of Staff to NSW Minister for Early Childhood Education, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Sarah Mitchell, and Deputy Chief of Staff to the NSW Minister for Maritime and Freight Roads, Duncan Gay. Consequently, Siobhan has a deeply knowledgeable understanding of the political and policy landscape at both the state and federal levels.

Siobhan has been a key in both federal and state election campaigns for the Coalition, and was Chair of the National Party’s Women’s Council.

Siobhan has earnt a strong reputation across the public and private sectors as a shrewd negotiator and a professional with valuable foresight and a keen eye for strategic planning.

Over her decade long career as a senior political adviser, Siobhan has managed policy development and administration in economic portfolios including resources, trade, infrastructure, regional development, primary industries and transport.
