Dr Amanda Beatson is an Associate Professor in Marketing at the QUT Business School, she is also the Program Lead for Behavioural Change for Social Good, in the Behavioural Economics, Society and Technology Centre (BEST Centre) at QUT. Amanda’s work is reinforced by her desire to act as a change agent, transforming the way organisations look at contemporary societal challenges. By providing a voice to vulnerable groups, her goal is to create a better society in terms of inclusivity. Underpinning this is a transformative service research (TSR) lens, whereby she ensures the wellbeing of individuals is focal in these improvements.
Amanda has published widely including, European Journal of Marketing, Disability and Society, Journal of Services Marketing, Disability and Rehabilitation, and Journal of Marketing Management among others.
