As Head of Commercial Programs at genU Training, Richard oversees the strategic direction of Commercial Programs and Training U For Work, delivering practical, purpose-built training to support job seekers, frontline workers, and industry partners.

With a strong focus on inclusion and workforce readiness, Richard has led the development of tailored training aligned to industry demand—such as the Disability Employment Fundamentals—alongside digital innovations like genU Training AI and the rollout of targeted microcredentials.

He is committed to driving social impact through accessible education and commercial partnerships, positioning genU Training as a leader in workforce development and social procurement.
