JW Marriott – Guest Room (accessible)

A discounted rate for additional accessible accommodation has been negotiated with the JW Marriott Gold Coast, which is 3km (a 7 minute drive) from the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort. The rooms have 42sqm of space and either a King Bed or two Double Bed configuration. Additional features of these rooms are:
- Wider doorways, grab rails, shower chair and roll in shower facilities, lower bed and bathroom vanity heights
- Air conditioning
- Hair dryer
- Robes and slippers
- In-room safe
- Iron and ironing board
- Complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea maker
- Mini fridge
Room Payment
You will not need to pay for your room when registering. You will need to provide credit card details when registering however, and your credit card will be used as a guarantee of your booking, however the hotel will request payment for your stay from you directly when you arrive at the hotel.
Cancellation of Room
Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact the Conference Works Events Team directly on 03 9870 2611 or email events@conferenceworks.com.au.
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until Monday 14 April 2025. If you cancel your reservation after that date, and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge all nights’ accommodation as cancellation fees. This also comes into effect in case of early departure or no-show.
You will have the entire period of your stay charged to your credit card if you place a booking but do not show up for it.
