Adelaide Oval

Discounted rates have been negotiated for rooms at the Adelaide Oval onsite at the Conference venue. Room types, features and rates can be seen below. Breakfast can be added for an additional $35 per person when onsite. Valet parking is available to hotel guests for $49 per night and can be arranged by emailing enquiries@ovalhotel.com.au.

Bookings

Unlike in previous years, accommodation bookings will not be managed by CW3, and must be placed directly with the hotel via this link.

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking and the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Inside this time a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Parkland King or Twin Room

This room perfectly captures the beauty of Adelaide’s parklands, while offering a total escape in which to relax and enjoy the view. Contemporary design and intuitive room controls are elevated by your custom ‘The Moment’ king bed. The ensuite bathroom is a private haven, complete with walk-in rain shower and premium amenities. Unwind with a drink in our guest lounge, or with your in-room entertainment extras. Room features include:

Parkland Accessible Room    

This room comes standard with one King Bed, but has the option to split to two King Single Beds. In addition to the features listed under the ‘Parkland King or Twin Room’ heading, this room has additional features as follows:

• Wide doorways
• Accessible minibar fridge and safe
• Roll-in shower access with seat, lowered shower head, vanity and amenities as well as grab rails in the shower and adjacent to the toilet
• Low bed height.
