Room Payment
You will not need to pay for your room when registering. You will need to provide credit card details when registering however, and your credit card will be used to take a one night non-refundable deposit (plus 1.75% credit card surcharge), which will be billed 15 days prior to your arrival. Your credit card will also be used as a guarantee of the remainder of your booking, however the hotel will request payment for the remainder of your stay from you directly when you arrive at the hotel.
Cancellation of Room
Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact the Conference Works Events Team directly on 03 9870 2611 or email events@conferenceworks.com.au.
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until COB Friday 24 May 2024. If you cancel your reservation after that date, and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge all nights’ accommodation as cancellation fees. This also comes into effect in case of early departure or no-show.
You will have the entire period of your stay charged to your credit card if you place a booking but do not show up for it.
