Performance measures and other program updates

Pene will be running an interactive breakout session titled ‘Performance measures and other Program updates’. Pene will give an update on the new Participant Quality Framework as well as an overview on the proposed Performance Framework. Pene will also discuss other DES program updates including the Guideline review. Pene will also be seeking delegate feedback on these key measures.

Pene leads with her head and heart, empowering and encouraging individuals and teams to look for new ways of driving service improvements to deliver the best for government and citizens.
