DES Reform and what it means for the Sector

In this session, David will review the DSS session that was delivered earlier in the day. David will discuss what the new DES program will look like and some of the implications for service delivery.  This will include changes to the program and guidelines and the impacts of new clients groups that become eligible.

David will also discuss recently implemented changes to the DES program including the new DES Participant Quality Framework as well as the proposed outcome Performance Framework for providers.

This will be followed by an interactive session where David will be asking delegates what they think of some of the new initiatives and how this will impact on service delivery.
