Gemma is the Manager for Inclusion and Lived Experience at ACT Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disability. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Public Health (Community Development) and has been working with people with intellectual disability and their families since 2017.  She has experience in developing and delivering community and disability programs and activities, including family support, adult education, events, and employment and education support for professionals and families.

Gemma also has a younger sister with Down syndrome and is passionate about ensuring the community that we live in is a truly accepting and inclusive place for people of all abilities.
