Darryl is the CEO of Down Syndrome Australia.  Down Syndrome Australia is the national voice of people with Down syndrome and their families in Australia.   Our vision is that people living with Down syndrome are valued and have full access to social and economic inclusion to reach their full potential.  We deliver a range of projects across the country through collaboration with members and partners. These projects span information, programs, services and other forms of community support for people with Down syndrome, their families and supporters – including medical professionals and carers.

Darryl has over 20 years of experience in commercial and financial management, governance, process improvement and the leadership and management of teams.  This experience, combined with being the parent of a child with a disability provides Darryl with a unique insight and perspective enabling him to successfully advocate for change for people with intellectual disabilities.
