This lightning panel invites disability employment providers to share how inclusion is actively designed, led and embedded within their own organisations. Panellists will briefly outline the strategies they use to build inclusive cultures, support diverse workforces and ensure inclusive practice is reflected in governance, leadership, workforce capability and everyday decision making.

Rather than focusing on theory or external advocacy, the session centres on internal organisational practice—what providers are doing inside their own systems to model inclusion, respond to complexity and align values with action. The format is designed to surface practical, experience based insights, highlight different approaches across the sector, and prompt reflection on what it means to lead inclusively as organisations.
