A recognised system leader, Laura works across policy, employer practice and workforce development to translate evidence and values into practical action. She is known for championing quality, collaboration and co‑production, supporting employers to move beyond compliance towards genuine inclusion. Laura brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a parent and carer of disabled and neurodivergent young people, grounding her leadership in dignity, ambition and long‑term impact.
