Jessie works closely with managers, clinicians, and executive stakeholders to align strategy with delivery, ensuring programs are practical, effective, and scalable. She is committed to supporting individuals into meaningful work by enabling and guiding teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that improve independence and quality of life through WISE programs.
