Since launching the business in 2020, Paul has supported over 1,000 professionals in building confidence and capability in employer and community engagement. He is a trusted advisor to Boards and senior leaders across employment and human services, offering strategic guidance on growth, tendering, learning and development, operations, and organisational design.

Paul is also a hands-on mentor. He works closely with frontline staff and their managers, helping them strengthen employer relationships, deliver sustainable job outcomes, and embed practices that lead to long-term success.
