Paul Diviny is the Founder and Director of Prospert. Since launching the business in 2020, Paul has supported over 1,000 professionals in building confidence and capability in employer and community engagement. He is a trusted advisor to Boards and senior leaders across employment and human services, offering strategic guidance on growth, tendering, learning and development, operations, and organisational design.

Paul is also a hands-on mentor. He works closely with frontline staff and their managers, helping them strengthen employer relationships, deliver sustainable job outcomes, and embed practices that lead to long-term success. Shaped by strong social justice values, Paul is driven by a simple goal: transforming lives, businesses, and communities through meaningful employment.
